Introduction
The Foundation of Fashion Training Module is an entry level package of lessons providing a perspective on the creative process of a fashion design. Participants will learn how to present their collections through mood boards that integrate colour palettes, technical drawings and illustrations.
This training module is part of the Fashion Studio Short Course and the Fashion Luxury Business Short Course.
The online program takes place live and in real-time (Paris or Istanbul local time) and you will interact with the lecturer and other students through our online platform. However, if you cannot attend or miss a live class, every session is also recorded and saved, so you can go back and watch it at a later suitable time for you.
Module Structure
2 weeks, from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm:
- Panorama of Fashion Design (Figure Drawing / Illustration / Color)
Learn how to draw a woman figure from the basic skills to the creation and personalization of your own figure.
Learn all about colors, how to create the right color palette and to develop a collection with a successful color balance. - Introduction to Fashion Styling
Learn the basic principles of fashion styling.
Admission Requirements
- Recommended level of English is IELTS 5.5 (to fully understand and follow the course). The IELTS certificate is not required, but we just want to be certain that you will be able to comprehend the course.
- min. 16 years old (Paris, Istanbul) and 13 years old (online)
- Interest in fashion design
