A creation for the stage

Ghada Abdulgasem, a 2024 Bachelor Fashion Design graduate of IFA Paris Istanbul, recently gained recognition when one of her creations was worn on stage by Turkish singer Güneş. For her latest performance, the singer wore a unique piece designed by our alumna as part of her graduation collection.

Chosen by stylist Bedirhan Taşçı, this skirt, envisionned by Ghada Abdulgasem, stands out for its fluid and contemporary design. Created to accompany the artist’s movements and capture the audience’s attention, the skirt features a carefully selected fabric. The fabric was specifically chosen to reflect the stage lights, creating reflections that enhance the visual impact of the performance.

Balancing aesthetics and functionality, the outfit perfectly illustrates the challenge of stage fashion: combining comfort, movement, and visual impact.
