Starting in the 2025 academic year, students will have the opportunity to join the new Scipion campus, located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. This historic site, blending the charm of old-world architecture with state-of-the-art facilities, has been designed to inspire students’ creativity in a setting that is both inspiring and modern.
AN EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION FOR OUR NEW CAMPUS
For several years, IFA Paris students have had the opportunity to learn, create, and thrive in the facilities located on Quai de la Marne. With the growing reputation of our fashion school and the steadily increasing number of students, it has become essential to rethink the space to meet the needs of boundless creativity.
This vision led to the selection of our future campus, located at 13 rue Scipion in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. Nestled between the Luxembourg Gardens and the Jardin des Plantes, this new site offers an exceptional setting in the heart of Paris’s oldest district, steeped in history and culture. Ideally connected, the campus is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, at the intersection of four major metro lines, and only a 15-minute walk from Gare d’Austerlitz.
A Place Where History Meets Modernity
Built in 1565 during the reign of Henri III, the Hôtel Scipion Sardini is a Renaissance masterpiece that left its mark on Parisian history. It was the very first building in the capital to be constructed using both brick and stone! Featuring exquisite Italian-style arcades, this unique site boasts undeniable charm and is officially recognized as a Historic Monument. With its expansive cobblestone courtyard surrounded by the four wings of the campus, students will enjoy an enclosed and immersive space, fostering an atmosphere ideal for learning and personal growth.
While the site is steeped in history, it is also designed for the future! Spanning 8,000 m², with over 3,000 m² dedicated to higher education, the building offers modular spaces tailored to inspire creativity. Highlights include a 240-seat transformable amphitheater with an adjacent foyer, naturally lit classrooms thanks to overhead light, and inviting communal areas. Enhanced by lush green spaces and cutting-edge technology, the future Parisian campus stands out as a remarkable site that perfectly blends heritage with innovation.
