Posted on 13/09/2024

Who’s Next 2024 concluded on a positive note for IFA Paris, once again showcasing its commitment to sustainable fashion and innovation. This fifth participation, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the event, allowed the school to stand out with notable interventions and engaging activities, capturing the attention of fashion professionals.

Sustainability Talk: A Highlight of the Event

The talk led by Jean-Baptiste Andreani, IFA Paris’ CEO, alongside four alumni, left a strong impression at Who’s Next 2024. Focused on the theme of “Sustainability Challenges for Emerging Designers: Impacts on Their Competitiveness in the Global Market”, the discussion shed light on the current issues faced by young creators. The conversation explored innovative solutions for integrating sustainability into the creative process while maintaining competitiveness in a global market.

Success of the Natural Dye Workshop

The natural dye workshop led by Delphine Durieux was also a resounding success. Over four days, participants had the opportunity to explore vegetable dyeing and eco-printing techniques, ecological methods that meet the current needs of the fashion industry. This workshop served as a showcase for the eco-friendly practices taught at IFA Paris.

Students’ Creations at the Heart of Innovation

IFA Paris’ stand attracted many visitors eager to discover our fashion students’ creations. The displayed looks garnered admiration and allowed our young talents to be noticed by the attending professionals. This showcase was an opportunity to highlight the craftsmanship, the creativity and originality of the future designers trained at IFA Paris.

Unforgettable Opportunities for IFA Paris’ Fashion Students

We were delighted to offer free passes to our students, allowing them to fully participate in this major event of the Parisian fashion scene. Such opportunities are essential for our students, giving them direct access to the professional world and enabling them to connect with key industry players.

Who’s Next 2024 will be remembered as a memorable edition for IFA Paris, thanks to the quality of the interventions, discussions, and networking opportunities. We look forward to continuing this momentum at future professional events.
