Technology is a hot topic in many sectors of activity and is progressively invading the world of fashion. IFA Paris, in collaboration with the Venture Studio Beyond Form, has been offering to experiment with these new solutions for two years now with their venture “Foundry Powered by IFA Paris”. Initially reserved for entrepreneurial concepts with a tech flavour, Foundry has broadened its scope and become the new start-up incubator, entirely dedicated to the fashion industry.
Each year, the catalogue of programs offered by IFA Paris is expanded with new training courses. Because fashion trends evolve quickly and because our school must constantly adapt, our offer evolves at the same pace.

Long courses or short courses in the field of design or business, if we are the leaders in training dedicated to the new fashion professions, it is not by chance!
Training is essential to acquire the necessary skills. But what about afterwards? How can you make the most of what you’ve learned to carry out your professional project? These are recurring questions among students, and they are answered immediately at IFA Paris!
With the launch of the Startup Program (directly integrated into the Foundry laboratory), IFA Paris offers new opportunities to its freshly graduated students.
In the continuity of a personalized accompaniment and at the end of their studies, each person wishing to become an entrepreneur will have the possibility to integrate this new fashion incubation program. The objective is to continue the relationship established over the years and to continue to support our students in all their projects.

The Startup Program is also open to all budding entrepreneurs. While we are committed to fostering the entrepreneurship of our graduates, as an inclusive school, we also strive to encourage young creatives from diverse backgrounds.
For 6 or 12 months, depending on the formula chosen, each student will have the opportunity to develop his or her own business creation project, either in person or remotely.
The program will be structured around several phases supervised by the best specialists in various fields. After having validated the Discovery, Definition and Development stages respectively, each project should be concretized during the last phase, that of the delivery.
Because practice is at the heart of the pedagogy developed by IFA Paris, this entrepreneurial program also gives these candidates the opportunity to validate internship periods in companies.

“The young entrepreneurs who join this incubation program often have particularly innovative ideas but do not have sufficient professional experience to determine the viability of their projects,” says Jean-Baptiste Andreani, CEO of IFA Paris. “The possibility of benefiting from internship agreements therefore allows candidates in the program to perfect their technical skills, which will have a positive “spill-over” effect on their start-up project.
In terms of sustainable commitment, the transformation strategy implemented by IFA Paris two years ago also applies to this new program. Each selected startup will have to demonstrate that it integrates in its concept one, or more, of the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
– No Poverty
– Reduced Inequality
– Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
– Responsible Consumption and Production
In the hope of inspiring new vocations, this specific training in fashion entrepreneurship is intended for all those whose ambition is to make their dream come true… You have an idea? Stop dreaming, take action, and it starts here.
