More than a year after Covid-19 broke out, IFA Paris opened its’ doors to the new students of the class of 2021/2022 and no less than 174 new students joined the ranks. Once again, cultural plurality is the order of the day with no less than 50 different nationalities gathered on campus. With 374 students, IFA Paris has had the largest number of new students in the history of its Parisian Campus.
Among them, students in the different programs offered by the school:
Bachelor Fashion Design and Technology, Bachelor Fashion Marketing, Bachelor Fashion Sustainability, Master of Arts in Contemporary Fashion Design, MBA Fashion Management – Luxury Major, MBA Fashion Management – Apparel Major, MBA Fashion Management – Media Major, MBA Fashion Technology.
The over 200 second and third year students will also be able to take advantage of new integrations to our ever more cutting-edge programs.
VR goggles Oculus Quest, used by our students in Bachelor Fashion Sustainability
Indeed, in addition to this record-breaking new school year, IFA Paris is focusing on fashion technologies. In particular with the integration of lessons via virtual reality goggles called “Oculus Quest” for students in the second year of the Bachelor Fashion Sustainability.
Thanks to this new partnership with Lablaco, the students will each receive a pair of VR glasses and will have exclusive access to the CSF (Circular Fashion Summit). But that’s not all, throughout the year, workshops will be organized by Lablaco and led by renowned brands and groups such as Kering. IFA Paris students will be able to discuss and interact with Brand Managers and HR Managers from these groups.
Also at the cutting edge of technology, e-learning is a big hit this year. For this occasion, a new classroom is being set up and will be entirely dedicated to the online Bachelor Fashion Design & Technology program for our January 2022 intake.

Students will be able to benefit from the latest technologies implemented by IFA Paris’ partners: 3D Modelling, Digital Pattern Making and 3D Patternmaking thanks to Lectra. Collaborative work between students and professors will be supported using N-Hega (Digital Pattern Making) and Cappasity (360-degree-immersive visualization technology). Students will benefit from lectures with their professors and will be divided into groups of 5 for a personalized follow-up.
In short, once again IFA Paris stands out by placing technology and sustainability at the heart of its’ teaching.
Stay tuned and have a great start to the school year!
