This week, as IFA Paris, we created an opportunity for our students to meet with Turkuvaz Media Group which is a highly functioning institution in the sector, with the assistance of our guide and creative director Aslı Jackson. We are aware of the fact that it is so important for our students to gain experience from the successful people in their areas of expertise. At the time that we have been there, we have mentioned everything about the prominent magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar and Cosmopolitan, from their backgrounds to shooting the covers. Also, it has been an irreplacable experience for our students to get to hear about the success stories of those professionals and the paths they have been through.

At the end of this meeting, we have learnt about an important development, as much as we have been informed about the magazine sector. With the cooperation of Turkcell, they are generating a foundation for a project that would enable people to buy the magazines online. It had been a significant part of our CAC Event to hear about these developments since we care for our students to beware of the change and the age that we are in.

IFA Paris is profoundly glad to channel its students to every opportunity that the great city of Istanbul possesses, which is a city where the heart of the fashion world beats. After the great hospitality that has been shown to us, we have discussed on a surprise project. In the next days, it is possible to see our designer candidates when they are making a brain storm about quite a creative work!
