IFA Paris established a collaboration project with Lola James Harper, a craftsmen and artists community and SkyBoy, from LVMH Station F incubator, who invented overlap reality.
Lola James Harper’s perfume Play Again Now
When Rami Mekdachi, Artistic Director and founder of Lola James Harper, and Jean-Baptiste Andeani, Managing Director of IFA Paris, met, their encounter created quite some sparks. IFA Paris is honored to have been involved in an ambitious visual merchandising project that links Lola James Harper and SkyBoy.
Launched at the beginning of the year, this project between IFA Paris and Lola James Harper became efficient and approved by all parties. Indeed, IFA Paris’ Bachelor Fashion Marketing students worked on Lola James Harper’s perfume Play Again Now and created a virtual visual merchandising consisting of a videoed story telling around Play Again Now.
Working in groups, the students presented their ideas declined in videos according to a scenario they wrote. The “Cigarette Girls” group was then selected to film a video, following their script previously approved by Lola James Harper at the Bon Marché, in the Lola James Harper pop-up store. Indeed, a show room closely reflecting Lola James Harper’s spirit was set up in the most famous Parisian department store.
SkyBoy then incorporated this video to their app to create their overlap reality. Customers will then only have to scan the product sold in this pop-up store with their phone and the video will play.
